Book Dr Chinwe On-Call
HOW IT WORKS
Choose to have Dr Chinwe on-call option (3 days)
Complete the booking form when prompted.
You’ll recieve a video call link to join your first call with Dr Chinwe within 3 hours.
Bookings made before 6:00 pm UK time.
Bookings made after 6:00 pm UK time are processed the next day.
Fees are non-refundable.
All times references are UK time zone.
This is not an emergency service. If your child is seriously unwell, go to A&E or call emergency services.
The on‑call starts with a 30‑minute phone consultation with Dr Chinwe. She is then available 7:00–21:00 for the next 3 days.
You will receive check‑in calls or SMS (your preference) at 09:00 and 16:00 each day. You may text between 07:00 and 21:00 and can expect a reply within 1 hour.
This service is not a substitute for emergency care. If your child is seriously unwell, go to your nearest hospital.
Full payment is required at booking. Fee include VAT and is non‑refundable.
